There are a wide
range of extra components which can be added to
the standard Overmix to enhance its performance in dealing with
an even wider range of products. The following list describes the
most common of these modifications.
Optional Features
Agitation - variable speed 5 to 25 RPM
Lids - dished with safety grille, interlocks and counterbalanced
Product temperature monitoring by thermocouple
Jacket insulation - with mineral wool mat and fully clad in stainless steel
Additional Agitation by twin butterfly blades mounted on anchor drive shaft adjustable to vary turbulence
Bottom entry homogeniser, HP matched to suit vessel size and product
